About us

Dignity at work

NHS City and Hackney is committed to creating a culture in which all staff have the right to be treated with dignity and respect at work. It recognises that the existence of harassment at work, in any form, can create an environment, which can adversely affect not only the job performance and well-being of employees but also their attendance at work, and may prevent them achieving their full potential.

The purpose of the Dignity at Work Policy is to outline the framework in which this might be achieved and how harassment and bullying at work will be dealt with by the Trust. The document is subject to consultation. If you would like to be involved in this consultation, please e-mail Milos.Kemet@chpct.nhs.uk
