Closed Consultations

NHS City and Hackney aims to involve residents in decision making at all levels. We do this by running annual surveys, using patient feedback from complaints and compliments, and holding special events in local street markets and shopping centres.

We consult with local people whenever there are proposed changes to services.

Listed below are some of the now closed consultations

  • GP Boundaries Consultation

Most people want a GP practice that’s near where they live. Some, however, find it difficult to see their Doctor – for example, people who work full-time and can’t get to a practice near their home during the day.

  • Summary Care Records consultation

A summary care record is a secure electronic record of patients’ vital health information that can be shared between health-care staff involved in that patient’s care, ensuring vital information is at hand during treatment.

  • Healthcare for North East London

Health for North East London is an NHS programme review, run on behalf of north east London's primary care trusts and acute hospital trusts.

  • Out of Hours Dentistry Services

Changes are proposed to telephone triage and out of hours Emergency Dental Services at South Hornchurch Clinic and the Royal London Hospital.
