Adult Community Rehabilitation Team (ACRT)

The Adult Community Rehabilitation Team (ACRT) is a
forward-thinking service that provides interdisciplinary
rehabilitation to adults over the age of 16. Our aim is to enable
people to be as independent as possible.
The team consists of physiotherapists, occupational therapists,
a speech and language therapist, a neuropsychologist, a
disability counsellor, rehabilitation assistants and administrative
support.
ACRT will see clients in the environment most convenient to them,
whether it is their own home, nursing/residential home, place of
work/study or on-site at St Leonard's.
