We try to ensure that there is no special care patient that we
cannot reach. Our team includes a number of dental specialists
including orthodontics and restorative services. We provide various
sedation methods for very nervous or frightened patients and for
special care patients, such as those with severe learning
disabilities, who may otherwise be unable to cooperate with dental
treatment. We provide all routine NHS dental treatment,
such as check-ups, fillings, x-rays, extractions, crowns, bridges
and dentures. NHS dental charges and exemptions apply. We also
provide home visits for housebound patients, unable to come in to
see the dentist.
How to get an appointment
Patients can be referred by a health or social care
professional/advocate but they can also refer themselves directly
to our service for dental care For more information on our clinics,

referral over the phone please contact our patient pathway manager
on 020 7683 4433 or 020 7683 4434. Referrals can also be sent by
fax or post, please find the details on the referral form. The
opening hours are 9am to 5pm.
