City and Hackney PCT is now part of a cluster of three primary care trusts called NHS East London and the City and the website address is www.elc.nhs.uk

Your local doctor’s surgery offers a range of services including health advice and treatment, vaccinations and immunisations, contraception and maternity services. Your practice will be able to provide you with the full list of services that they provide. In order to complete registration with a doctor you will need to take proof of address with you when you go to the surgery.

All patients should be able to make an appointment with a GP at a convenient time. Patients should be able to make an appointment within two working days to see any GP in their practice. If a patient wishes to see a specific GP patients may have to wait a little longer and should be able to make an appointment on a future date at a time convenient to them. Patient with urgent medical conditions should be able to access services on the day.

This map shows the patch boundries, of City and Hackney. Click on a patch or the text links below it to see all the GP surgeries or Health Centres in that patch.
